For us to really help you and your business, the first thing we need to do is get to know you. We like to start with a 1-day purpose workshop, that we call ‘Purpose Workshop’ (it’s about keeping things simple and straightforward you see.)

 

It works like this...

 

We meet you and your team (in person ideally, but Zoom can work), and take you through a series of activities to help you to see your business in a new way, to get to the heart of why it is that you do what you do and why anyone should care.

 

It’s this workshop that helps us get answers to thorny questions like, ‘do people really understand who you are?’ and ‘what makes you different?’.

 

Then we take the mass of thoughts and hopes, concerns and dreams that come out of the workshop, and we turn them into something more concrete — a set of values and principles that your entire team can get behind, and an action plan for world domination

What's included?

  • We'll analyse your existing website and messaging, and provide you with industry-specific research to identify how you stand among your competitors.
     
  • A 1-day workshop with up to 8 of your team, (ideally a cross section of different levels/functions from within your business, to get a 360 degree view).
     
  • We'll develop a bespoke action plan containing your brand purpose and principles, boilerplate language that articulates the reasons why people should care that you exist and key opportunities to help you bring them to life.
