People are looking for certainty, for direction. They're looking for ways they can make a difference. People want a feeling of significance every time they buy. They want their choices to mean something. They want their choices to make the world a better place.

The small things they can have control over are now more important than ever. 

 

And so businesses must change too.

 

To become relevant and to stay relevant, companies must think and act in an entirely new way. No more CSR box-ticking. No more avoiding awkward questions about the supply chain.

Gin has 20 years — and counting — experience delivering comms and PR for the likes of M&S, Nissan, Häagen-Dazs and Skype. Her strategic focus ensures that each client's key message reaches its audience.

Tom is an art director, designer and illustrator, who oversees the creative output of the studio. In his 15 years' experience he's helped a wide range of clients to articulate their purpose through design thinking and a radically honest approach.
